Governor Wolf Says Nascar Can Race at Pocono, ‘For Now’

Governor Wolf said he’s working with these professional leagues to try to get sports back into Pennsylvania.

He gave the okay for Nascar to host races at Pocono Raceway in late June, only if the Coronavirus situation is improved.

The races might have to take place without fans.

“The guidance again, is going to be focused on making sure people are safe, and to the extent we are not confident people are going to be safe my administration is going to have a problem opening back up.”
